I'm simply answering the question - which is "fedor's armbar vs. ronda's armbar". Not "can Ronda beat all the dudes Fedor submitted", if this was the question, then the answer is not likely to physically improbable.
I can tell that Fedor only uses 2 or 3 variations with his armbar, and when fighting guys with high level grappling skills he didn't even have any tricks to even attempt it. Ronda is more versatile, she has endless "flow" with her setup for armbars, and can be very unpredictable from any position, able to sabotage opponent's proper defense against the technique.
