I don't know if you have an account at Bet365, but Johns o41.5 SS is only -120 (instead of o46.5 -115).

I don't have the ability to combine a prop, it was one that was pre-made. If I lived in a state that allowed DraftKings and FanDuel sportsbooks, I'd be able to combine props and do what you mentioned.

Vegas has been upgrading their prop options a lot this year to keep up with DK and FD, so I keep winning a lot on the new props they release because the lines are usually not sharp at first.

I don't know if you have an account at Bet365, but Johns o41.5 SS is only -120 (instead of o46.5 -115).

I don't use offshore books. Only I only use Vegas books.
