I don't know, but I feel like this guy probably will try to double down on his stupidity.

I think he would not go that wild, instead he would probably hold the bible high, make a prayer and denounce Satan's doing or something.

Media day would be interesting though

I think he's going to get his ass beat but he will be fun on the mic during the lead up regardless. Dudes an hilarious trainwreck, we rarely get interesting fighter interviews like the old days. Bryce is insane, I dont think he's a horrible person though.

I mean his Mother/Aunt and Father/Uncle definitely didn't raise him right, compound that with a complete failure of the education system raised in a society of ignorance, what'd anyone expect to happen?

Strong words. Chill...

He's a moron, but he really thinks hes the smartest guy in the room. Everyone knows people like this, he's just a hillbilly flat Earther, far right, politically outspoken guy ontop of it.

He also has a platform. That's the issue.

I mean I hear people saying insane shit when I go the the grocery store.
The scary thing is he's not that much of an outlier.
I will say I don't feel he's malicious, just 65 IQ dumb

You can't take away someone's ability to have a platform just because you disagree with it. It's not really a problem, there's plenty of more convincing people peddling what Bryce is.

I used to work with this dark skinned Indian guy, who had an Italian last name, that grew up in Brooklyn, had a thick Brooklyn accent, adopted by Italian Americans. He was a flat Earther before I knew it was a thing ( now there's all sorts of athletes and celebrities who are its wild) he was also extremely racist towards black people and antisemitic towards Jews. He was a very alt right guy, loved Eddie Bravo, believed in a lot of conspiracies. He was like 45 years old and looked early to mid 30s. Had a son who died when he was like 2, after the kids death the girl left him. He lived in a room in Downtown and had no idea how to get around, pulled a gun on a homeless guy one day and got arrested. He was like this very hurt, kinda insane guy that looked normal and had the worst possible beliefs. I dont know how some people even navigate adult life.

Bryce reminds me of this guy.

So you knew someone who was a human piece of trash, like Bryce but they weren't mean to you so you downplayed how shitty of a person they were.

UFC talked to him.
He will say some stupid stuff, but nothing outrageous.
Some biblehumping

I'm not going to be surprise if he back up his first bite coz he truly beleived what he said.

I don't think I'm downplaying anything, his actions are no less shitty. It's okay to have empathy for people even if they do bad things or have awful beliefs, it doesn't mean I tolerate the beliefs more than another person nor does it mean I detest their actions and the effects they have the world and others any less. The curiosity to understand isn't a bad thing, it helps prevent cycles if anything.

Hate mongering and fear mongering doesn't work, it's kinda what causes guys like Bryce Mitchell the more you try to silence them and act hatefully towards them even if they have abhorrent beliefs, it tends to make them go further in that direction. Don't confuse this and try to conflate it with me saying people shouldn't be punished or that there shouldn't be consequences either, there should be of course.

Everyone said the same shit the last time when he beat Kron. He did a normal interview. It's amazing how one man and his opinions can scare so many people.

It's amazing isn't it.

I'm sitting here enjoying the show with my popcorn

and somehow it would appear a large amount of people are choosing to be affected by the thoughts and behavior of a guy they have never and will never meet who gets punched in the face for a living.

Me too! Will be enjoying that popcorn even extra if he gets KTFO'ed. lol having people to root against makes MMA a lot more enjoyable.

At this point I am HOPING Bryce wins and does some out of pocket shit and everyone cries about it.

The Bryce show has been entertaining as hell lately.

For the life of me I don't relate to this "everybody has to agree with me about everything" bullshit you see 24/7 lately.

The crazy guy saying ridiculous shit is USUALLY the most entertaining dude at the bar. Most people see that dude and look away. I offer that dude a cigarette and have a conversation.

I enjoy different perspectives.
Even the exceptionally odd ones.

Bryce is an odd duck.

There's some joke potential here about whatever 'biting back' he'd do would end up being "toothless" both because of how mild and unsubstantiated it would be, but also because he's a hillbilly.
