I usually go local since I'm in a band and need quick turn around time but one thing to consider is to not go with a design that has too many different colors. If you go above 7 its going to be harder to find a printer who can do it at a good price. Also fatties are going to be buying your shit more than you think. Smalls are harder to sell than XXXL especially on US tours.
