I don't know the layout of that arena specifically but in general my favorite seats to get are the first row of the center section on the second level a lot of places call it a club level.
You are elevated so you get a perfectly clear, unobstructed view looking down into the cage instead of the lower level seats where you usually can't see what is going on in the cage very good because you are looking through the cage or blocked by the top or "corners" of the cage, camera guys, etc. Also if you are like me and hate to be surrounded by people, that first row feels free as a bird with no claustrophobic feelings.
Since it is your first time some part of you will likely wish you were on the floor which I also recommend doing at least once. Being on the floor is a very different experience to me than being in the stands. For me being on the floor is a much more social experience. Since you are all sitting on the same level and there is more room to move around you naturally get to know the people around, but your view of the fight is most likely going to suck and you will end up looking up to watch it on the screens. Back in the old days before the event started fighters would come out on the floor and do impromptu meet and greets with people that were sitting on the floor, but I really haven't seen that for several years now.
Bottom line, however you do it just go, you won't regret it, uinless maybe most of the fights end up completely sucking.
