best pre-workout energy booster

I am not concerned at all with the hydroxycut paranoia... I don't know why. If I can never buy another bottle, that's fine, I'll probably just buy caffeine anhydrous next time anyways.
 
I personally have tried quite a few N.O. and pre-workout products and the one I have had most success with is jack3d. It has a bunch of caffien in it so if you are caffien sensitive it might not work. It only costs 30 bucks(including at GNC), contains 45 servings(you really only need to use one scoop), tastes just like lemonade and the scoops are so small and concentrated.
 
4 straight shots of espresso. That's how I start my climbing days.

I workout in the evening so usually just food before working out. Or some alpha-gcp and oxiracetam, or just rhodiola. I like rhodiola before grappling.

Thank you. Like I posted in another thread, for $40 I got enough caffeine anhydrous to last like 8 or 9 years @ 200mg/day. If you only take it before training and you train every other day, double that time. Compared to that, $30 for 45 servings still seems like a colossal rip off to me.

Brewed green tea leaves before and during your workout in conjunction with a foil of Gaspari Plasma Jet, taken 1-2 hours pre workout. Eat a couple slices of Stone Ground bread for extra carbs and for the tea and Plasma Jet to attach to.

I see a lot people using No-Xplode, and I have used a few containers in the past. Works pretty well for upper body days if you space it out. It contains 80mg of caffeine per scoop, so if you typically don't consume caffeinated beverages, you will probably get the jitters the first few doses.
 
I have been using jack3d by usp labs its great has creatine mono beta alanine and arginine + caffiene 2 scoops works wonders for me, it also has no harmful food dyes and unatural additives...

this, or just eat some green veggies like brocoli or spinnach, and if you boil them, drink the water.

Some b vitamins, mixed with a little caffiene is all you need.

Yea it's one of those 'waste' products but if it gets you going and it's easier than cooking veggies or making espresso and eating then personally I would not call it a waste. Has 30 cards (1g sugar), arginine, creatine, beta-alanine and plenty of niacin so you can get all hot and bothered :redface:

That's what I do. I bought I think 500g of caffeine anhydrous and it's going to outlast me.
 
i will suggest the more natural way.

1. drink lots of fluids. when you feel youre thirsty its too late you have become a bit weaker. after a few days of trying youll know how much youll need. be careful in drinking too much youll feel bloated.

2. watch your idol fight/train. these really gets me pumping no matter what.

3. listen to your favorite music. doesnt have to be up-beat. anything that will get you pimping will do.

those 3 are very effective and will almost cost you nothing!
 
Coffee if it's weight training. Nothing before grappling, want to be relaxed and not amped out.
 
What's up with you guys and your chemical cocktails? Just take a tablespoon or two of honey (raw unprocessed if you can find it) and you should be good.

different strokes for different folks. I used to fly the natural flag and suggest things like this. My supps now gets better results.
