A classic. Although it looks more like an opportunistic soccer kick to a level changing Coleman. Not too high of a kick.

Gonzaga was beautiful and ironical at the same time. Cop ate his own poison.

JDS was also amazing, probably the most difficult kick to land between all these.

Pete Williams (his first UFC fight, he was a really last minute replacement) hit the Hammer with full power and certainly was the most shocking cause I guess only a few people knew who the fuck he was back in the day.

Cop could have had like 10 similar gifs. Hes most likely the high kicker goat.

All that said and with all the respect for Mr. Filipovic, Gonzaga got my vote

i don't care how much of a derailment Gonzaga's kick was, the BEST head kick is one of the ones by Mirko. his kicks always were insanely precise, looked perfect, and he had total control of his leg through the ENTIRETY of the kick. there is nobody at HW better, and it's not even close. there's a lot of discussion to be had about the best HW puncher, or the best HW punch thrown but there's no doubt who the best HW kicker was and the best HW kick is going to come from the best HW kicker.

I think a big issue as well is he would go out there looking for the mid/highkick finish from the bell, very little in the way of disrupting an opponents offence with jabs or lowkicks, when he did throw lowkicks they were intended to finish.
