You're thinking of Green Irish Tweed which smells similar but they are not identical

Cool Water was something special when it came out but like most juices they are watered down and reformulated over time

I don't usually wear cologne, but if anyone had a suggestion for a sandalwood cologne, I'd really appreciate it. Fuck any other scents. I wanna smell like a goddamn shoe tree

If you’re after Cool Water or Green Irish Tweed, try Tres Nuit. It’s from a Middle Eastern clone house and smells very close to Lancaster-era Cool Water. Some people even claim it’s a 1:1 match with GIT. You’ll often see the word macerate used with clones, but I think the more accurate term is maturation. There’s definitely something to letting a bottle sit after it’s been opened.
