Sometimes it seems like some people forget that fights don't always have to end in a finish to be exciting. Sure we all love a good KO or a flash sub, but some of my favorite fights went to a decision. And not even always a close one. Lets not let boring decisions ruin what fights that go the distance can be! What is your top 3 go the distance fights. Mine are... 1. Hendo/Shogun - yeah they gassed, yeah it got sloppy, but this was a back and forth fight between two guys with a warrior spirit and an iron chin 2. Franklin/Wanderli - both passed their prime and Franklin clearly up in the cards, we get a flash of the Wand of old a couple times. They went at it like they were young again. 3. GSP/Condit - I may catch some flack for this one I know, but GSP was questionable coming in and put a quick end to that question. It wasn't really a close fight, but entertaining as hell. Oh and lets please not turn thus into a "such and such was robbed" thread. This is to celebrate battles not to cheapen them with opinions that won't change the actual outcome.
Yeah I loved that fight. It's funny. The issue with that fight is also what probably made it such a good fight too. In their primes I see one brutally Koing the other quick (could have went either way) and we wouldn't have had such a battle.

I was on the edge of my chair the whole damn fight! Great battle between two great HWs in their primes....
McCall/Johnson 1 Dodson/Elliott Cariaso/Fergesen Lineker/Urushitani Elliott/Papazian The funny thing about these fights is that they are used as examples of why flyweight sucks because they went to a decision
Forrest/Bonnar I Guida/Sanchez Edgar/Maynard II Forrest/Rampage Wand/Franklin (Both) Rua/Hendo Rampage/Hendo Rua/Machida I Belcher/Sexyama Franklin/Hendo Forrest/Tito (all 3) Edgar/Penn II Rampage/Machida Serra/Karo Sherk/Griffin Sanchez/Karo Just some off the top of my head. (Personal favorites, not saying everyone would find those fights exciting.)
I really loved Randy Couture vs Tim Sylvia. At the time it seemed like Sylvia just couldn't be beaten at heavyweight and then here comes Mr. old man "Captain America" Randy Couture out of retirement to blow every ones minds and destroy him.
Surprised you have Edgar/Penn 2 in there over 1. Not that either was bad. I always likes the first fight more though.
