During 2 years (2007-2009) Bigfoot got 6 wins in a row with 5 finishes then lost a respectable decision to Werdum. Beat Fyodor, beat Arlovskii, was #1 contender for a while although Cain ran through him. KOed Browne and Overeem. Then in the last three years he has got helplessly (T)KOed in the first round 5 times out of 7, and one of the 2 fights where he didn't get KOed was a draw changed to NC for doping and he got 1st round TKOed in the rematch.

Won 17 in a row with 15 finishes, champion with 10 straight belt defences. Then got embarrassingly KOed while clowning around, got a rematch and broke both bones in his lower leg. Took 13 months off then won a sh*tty decision where his opponent mocked him and didn't take him seriously, which was then declared NC for doping. Took another 13 months off and came back and got beaten up by Bisping, was unable to knock him out even with a knee to the head when he wasn't looking. Then pulled out of a fight for the first time in his career, in his home country, with 4 days to go and needs gall bladder surgery.

since daniel cormier koed bigface easily, fresh off his win with fedor,he really has been ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

nothin beats pulver tho

Wanderlei completely ruined everything. Got knocked out far too much, stupid feud with Chael, ran from drug test, said it was ok because he tested himself and was clean (the funniest thing I've ever heard), admitted he took something but tried to justify it, made stupid videos with nu metal music over them calling out Chael, claimed he had proof UFC fixed fights in more stupid videos with crap music, was called out by the UFC and retracted the statement. He really let himself down.

Shogun...The guy who would rule lhw after a monster run in pride, tapped to strikes and can't beat anyone relevant, while being mocked over the internet for his dad bod...

Yeah the Chael business in particular was degrading.

Chuck ...Lost 5 of last 6 (4 brutal KO)

End of careers are hardly ever pretty, the most you can realistically hope for is having your integrity and conciousness intact. Not getting KO-ed - well that's uncontrolable when your body won't do what it used to do.

I have always been a Mir fan but I keep it real

Frank first fought in the UFC in 2001, was champion twice, got multiple records for quickest sub, most subs etc., was consistently top ten if not top five, subbed Lesnar, broke Sylvia's arm, broke Nog's arm, wrecked Congo and knocked out CroCop, then 2011-2016 got completely dominated 4 in a row, including 2(T)KOs, got two basically meaningless wins and got pumped up again and fans started beleiving again, then lost a decision to Arlovskii, got brutally, embarrassingly KOed by Hunt then busted for roiding and suspended for two years and blamed it on kangaroo meat. His podcast is super popular though, shame the suspension doesn't allow him to commentate either.

Going to have to disagree, his fight with Brian Stann literally made up for everything. Retired on a high not for sure. War Wand.

Fedor and Cro Cop. They fell hard and fast.
But their last fights were fine for them. Hell look at Cro Cop in k1.
They still have their fortunes, they are doing great in their society. Fedor is /maybe looking for challenges and is certainly getting paid. Of course they had further to fall than Kimbo - but come on are you saying they fell harder than Ken Shamrock?

Miguel Torres seemed to fade quickly as well after getting a 37-1 record and starting his carreer with a 20 fight win streak.

There are a few that come to mind, Wand ended his career in disgrace, as did Crocop, and Chael. Guys going out on losing records is not that uncommon so I won't even open that can of worms.

I don't think ken shamrock was ever great. His best wins were all in pancrase which was not real fighting. I don't hold him in high regard.

I don't include any career decline associated with aging under the category of ending badly. So that rules out Liddell and Anderson right off the bat. To me if you were ruling the world until 35 years old, it doesn't matter what happens afterward, you had a great career that ended respectably.

Maybe not nowadays, but back in the day etc etc. He was 1D in a world of 1D fighters. But World Famous and now absoutely a shambles.
