Sharing a childhood anecdote with People magazine Levi said he had never called his father “dad” nor did he use his first name. As independent as his father, he chose his own version.

“When I was a little kid, I started with B. Then it was Ber and then Bern and now it’s Bernard. Or the Bernster,” Levi Sanders said in the interview. “I’ve never called him Bernie. And I never have called him Dad. Even when I was six years old, I thought it was childish. He was a friend, not an authoritarian.”

this doesnt seem to be a son that wasn't in his life that held some sort of contempt, it looks like bernie actively removed the family structure as he "raised" his child?

Any sherdog psychologists around to analyze this behavior? i remember reading somewhere that wanting to befriend your children as opposed to parenting your children could be an indication of a harmful personality.

Depends. Some could say he is 'unstable' aND not capable of true pure leadership. Others might say he is just selfish when it comes to his desires in that field and that has no bearing on his effectiveness as a leaded

It's also not nice according to Modern morality and it's dishonest. However, Hillary isn't a child in need of leading she made her own mistakes and you could argue made the mistake of choosing Bill.

My point is that Bills actions and role as a husband has less impact on Hillary's direction as a grown woman compared to the ineffective role a father can have in a child's development. Plus I don't like Bernie and I find this hilarious that he is that against fatherhood his son thinks of him as not a parent. From what I have read and learned on child parental relationships and from what customary practice has been for the past 3000 years. It is quite a disgrace and offense for a child to NOT see the parental figure as a leader. Or what his son calls "Authortarian".

Oh and Bill cheating is an alpha move where as Bernies bilogical son NOT calling him Dad is something that would get him mocked in most parts of the world or history.

The discussion isn't how his son turned out but how the relationship was. Im not trying to paint bernie as a demon, but is there no limit to the negativity of the relationship between the children and parent mattering as long as the child turns out alright?

(extreme example: candidate beats their kid with a belt every night but its ok because kid became rocket scientist)
