Meh. I like Asken but unlike him Dana understands it's a business first sport second and he can't have Askren wrestle fucking all Dana's strikers. Bad for business.

After 12 years watching UFC wrestle fuckers usually are culled on way to title by Dana while strikers are pushed. Only way GSP made it through is he was exciting before getting KTFO by Serra otherwise if post serra GSP fought he would have been culled too or not even singed as is case with Asken.

Jared Rosholt has a better UFC record than most of the HW's on the UFC roster. He is Askren, but he was cut when he won most of his UFC fights. Dana and co don't want wrestling blankets and its entertainment before sport first in their mind. Askren would wrestle any WW on the roster to death and Dana knows it.
