Who has he beaten? I know Khabibs record is very padded but at least he has a few good high level wins, Askren's has beaten absolutely nobody of note. Been undefeated against bums means nothing and we won't know how good he is until he fights someone decent.

Askren beat:Aoki, koreshkov,and Lima. Koreshkov is a legit 170'er would be near top 10 in UFC. Aoki is a name but not a super impressive win. Lima would be top 5 in ufc I think this win is more impressive then khabibs best win which is probably Conor. Lima is an amazing fighter gave Rory all he could handle and Askren best him easily.

Lima wasn't as good as he is now (probably Koreshkov either) but your point is still valid. People who shit on those wins don't follow anything outside of the UFC.

It's crazy to me how people automatically discredit a guy like Askren cause he hAsnt fought in UFC. I'll put this in prospective- after thinking about it for awhile, I believe Ben will open up in the 4-1 range favorite over Robbie Lawler. Khabib if came up to 170 would absolutely not be a 4-1 favorite over Lawler (if I'm accurate and I'm usually on or close to).
For people saying khabib " would murk" Askren is just crazy talk to me..... but that's me.
