When was the last time Cro Cop used leg kicks?

Cro Cop is a shell of his former self.
 
Kimbo/Pudz is the fight to make but they likely cant get Pudz.

Kimbo/Cro Cop isnt a fight that interesting me but it would be a standing fight, Kimbos streetboxing skills vs one of the greatest strikers the sport of mma/kickboxing has seen.

But its mma, one punch ends a fight, its not about technique. Cro Cop's a legend and name, Pride, UFC, K 1 fighter, not the fight I'd pick but it would be big.

And if Kimbo won, would be huge for SPike.
 
Cro Cop has problems rotating his hip for years, because he has had 4 surgeries on his right leg. I doubt he could use a lot of legkicks.

Look at that KO against Ishii, he strains while telegraphing that thing. Plants his feet, winds up and throws it. He doesn't have the ability, reflexes any more.
 
I think you have to build both guys up a bit before they face each other. I would assume Kimbo will be facing a guy like Prindle or Thompson, maybe a bloated LHW. I don't think they brought Kimbo in to win the HW title, more likely he'll be in interesting fights he has a shot at winning.
 
before everyone starts saying Crocop can't pass a drug test, he passed his glory 17 drug test in Los Angeles. anywhere around 235 and look pretty big and strong too. didn't look flabby.

You don't ruin the fight by doing it first for either. Build them up first. People will still tune in to see Kimbo do his thing regardless. Let them get a win or two then match them up with bigger names or each other. Squeeze all you can out of them business wise.

I'd be down for it eventually though.
 
Kimbo vs Loser of Mo/JT. Then Kimbo vs Kongo. Kimbo could ko cro cop at this point.
 
Cop would murk kimbo and look like shit doing it. Cro cop in Bellator is cool but I think they are going to give kimbo grizzled looking regional guys.
 
not sure what to make of this. love crocop,but he shouldn't be fighting now.

Coker could do that with Cro Cop if he acted very carefully, but Kimbo is too much of a risk. I don't know if I could confidently say that he'd beat Manny Lara at this point. Smarter move might be to let him go against Lashley or Thompson in his first match, let him lose badly, and then stick him on the back of the card for a retirement fight.

I agree....but The MMA crisis is total, why did you think UFC hire CM Punk, Rampage and made an offer to Alberto Del Rio? It is not just Bellator the problem, it is the bussiness model:wink:
 
Great... I would watch.

If I want to see the best fighting the best I tune up for the UFC. I expect fun fights and freakshows in Bellator combined with a few top fighters.
