Usually I am in bed after the fights end and am to lazy to turn off ESPN plus, plus I like listening to post fight discussion but they suck now so I usually do end up turning it off.

They use to be great when they had guys like Chael, DC, Dom, Rashad, Ariel and some others that were good. Now the ones they do in studio are bad

Yes. Grappling should lead to a dominant position that has the possibility of a finish. Even wrestling has pins.

Belal holds half guard, locks himself into the position and then proceeds to pitter patter until the end of the round.
His style of fighting is the reason stand ups exist in MMA. He isn't trying to advance, he is trying to do just enough not to lose the position.
He should just commit to some legit ground and pound and he would get the finish or at least win a fan.

He can grapple all he wants, but I am not falling for it. He makes Fitch look like prime Mark Coleman with headbutts.
 
It's hilarious that he doesn't have a single marketable quality about him.

you’re close.. it’s not the muscle fibers, it’s that guys who have the cardio to grind and hold someone down for 5 rounds & have KO/finishing power, is because they’re on PEDs. Belal didn’t get the memo that he needs a chemist if he wants to be like the CEO of EPO.

Elias was at least hilarious at how he moved. The guy had CM Punk's level of coordination yet somehow went to a decision with Brunson and Thiago Santos and complied a good record of 19-3 and a UFC record of 8-3.

Probably the worst song of all time. I cannot believe ppl actually like that.
 
I'm a huge fan of Belal. High pressure and in your face for the entire bout. He has great takedowns and is always working to pass. He's smart enough not to over commit and lose position. Fantastic endurance. I laugh when people complain about him in the grappling exchanges instead of his opponents not stopping the takedown or them not working to escape or reverse. It's a 2 way street.

imagine Belal vs. Elias Theodoro or however its spelled,that would be the most ridiculous fight ever,from pitter patter,to lay n pray,to wall n stall,to back pedaling.....it would have all the non action we'd crave

Leon not wanting to rematch Belal is in Belal's best interests. Leon had him confused from the onset and Belal could barely land on him. Terrible stylistic matchup.

Well he perservered, fought inteliigently and got through luque, so hes got a new fan here. And the fact that he made all you haters lost money :D.
 
I wanted to like him because he represent Palestina but the guy is much more forgettable than Fitch

The TS one is pretty good.
