A log on the dog. I have just discovered this is a thing.

I'm 1.98m or 6ft6.
130kg. Imperial conversion?

I am 42 in 3 months.

The short term goal is healthy weight drop.
Most likely longer term keto.
The long term goal, to have a kickboxing bout again or a boxing bout, by late summer.

But, to be as physically beautiful as possible.

All time feats:
S 210kg
B 180kg
D 240kg
Strict OHP 120kg
Pull ups 20

I don't intend to get close to my PL pb's for quite some time but will still incorporate the lifts.
Majority of all of it will be bodyweight mastery. I have rings over my pull up bar. I have parallettes and I have 20kg weighted vest.

I hate running.
Ideally, seperate cardio will be swimming or skipping.

Boxing and Muay Thai alternate weekends for now.

I have set up my "becoming Sagat" workout schedule on my premium Daily Strength app.
I finally bought an app last year. My first ever app purchase! Gosh, I am old.

Today I am extremely tired.
A bit dehydrated and leftover THC from last night has me firing on no cylinders.
It is wet cold outside where I train.

Flat bench:
70kg x 12
100kg x 10
120kg x 6
120kg x 6
2:00 rest between sets

Front squats:
20kg x 6
70kg x 6
100kg x 5
100kg x 5
2:00 rest between sets

Haven't done fronties in a while.
Felt quite easy.

Parallettes dips:
10
10
12
12
90 seconds rest times
It aint much but it's an honest day of work

Alt leg lunges:
20 (10 per side)
20 (10 per side)
20 (10 per side)
20 (10 per side)

Using a Gravity Fitness green rated band for doing curls.
Lost count and used them in various grips.
I don't want skinny biceps but I'm looking for function and strength overall.
Barbell curls limit that and my elbows don't enjoy them too much anymore.

That said, I will see how a strict curl goes in a couple of weeks on maybe 70kg.
I used to have a strong curl.
Be interesting in seeing crossover.

I still have never paid for an app and I'm 38. lol.

Welcome to the logs. It definitely helps to look back sometimes and see your progression (or lack thereof in my case) to motivate new progression.

Thank you.
38? Still time to pay for one

Ironic that I started logging now at the worst physical state of my life.
Might be more of a reason though to be able to look back, I guess.

How do I find your log, sir?
