Hey guys. I found this excellent video of a bunch of different crawl variations. Only thing I would do differently myself is have a horizontal back on the first bear crawl.

Talk about hip and core strenghtening. Well, you pretty much use the entire body, but the great thing about this is the stabilization and coordination. Good for the SI joint as well.
 
Thanks for posting, interesting variations. The inchworm looks likes something that could be useful for a good stretch after training or as part of warming up.
