Better, but still could have done with losing any scene that actually showed Lex(just use the voice over).

Also the line, "Son of Krypton versus Bat of Gotham" sounded forced. A better version would have been,

"The Son of Krypton versus Gotham's Dark Knight."

I never said Batman should do nothing to stop the Joker but you're talking about him killing the Joker.

Semantics: killing is the only way to stop the Joker. Locking him up doesn't work. Hell, he can set up hits on the outside even when locked away in Arkham; read, The Clown at Midnight.

I've watched the trailer for probably the 20th time. I could be wrong, but when Clark says "Who is that?" when Wayne rolls up, he's wearing a different jacket from the scene when they're going in on each other obviously knowing who one another is. Don't know if it matters to anyone, but I was under the impression that it's the same event.

I really like Jesse Eisenberg in this but I'm really struggling with Affleck as Batman.

I'm surprised he took the role, I would have thought he'd think wearing the black suit would be 'gross and racist'.

Just by the trailers..and thats not much to go on..i'd say this movie is a hot mess in tone. How many story lines are they putting into this thing? It's like they took a big pot, and a bunch of people stood there throwing in what they think are the best parts from years and years of comics. Those of you with hope, good luck. This reeks of design by committee. Need an example, Spiderman 3 was plagued by this too.
