well im 5'10", 160,pretty low body fat ratio. not being cocky but im a pretty good athlete,play rugby,can do a hundred metres in around 11 seconds. im starting a log for 2 reasons
a) it gives me motivation to keep going
b) i can get input from people who know more tha me

i basically want to get stronger and bigger,primarily for my rugby.i recently started taking creatine.i hope to maybe go up to about 170 by christmas,which is pretty reasonable.
my first post will be on wednesday,whereafter i hope to weight train every 2 days,with the odd break,all of which will be put in my log.
