Hello all,

i have just started to train after one year of not touching anything,so here is my first workout:

Push:
5x5 Bench press 60 kg
3x6 Press
3x8+ Dips
3x10+ Db Incline Press

I will do a simple 3 day split with 5x5 and some cardio.

My goal is to get my ass back in shape and in parallel ,to decrease my blood pressure(so i will do lifting,cardio,good eating,stop smoking to help me achieve this).
