Media Bas Rutten, Latest Victim of The Carnivore Diet.

Yeah sure thing friend. You obviously don’t know shit about crackheads or nutrition if you think a low carb diet is going to save you from a crackhead.
My buddy got stabbed by somali rapefugees here in germany. He survived according to the docs because his belly fat stopped the knife from reaching his organs (the physical mass of it was deeper than the shortish blade). So implicitly, carbs saved his life.

Not only is it easy, it's generally cheaper too than eating ready made processed junk food, takeaways etc.

Exactly. AND if you learn some cooking skills, it's actually tastier usually. The only downside of living this kind of lifestyle is you do have to cook your own meals which can take a little time but there are plenty of ready-to-eat healthy foods for when you're short on time - e.g. greek yogurt, fruit, nuts, etc.

i think you're too optimistic that everyone on TRT is using it like a medicine and aren't using it to become TRT Vitor. there's guys in their EARLY TWENTIES on "legally prescribed" TRT. i'm not talking about just a few people with rare diseases, i'm talking about regular ass dudes just shooting test because they were born not looking like a Marvel comic book character and don't have the discipline to try and earn it the hard way. i've seen plenty of guys who were normal average build when they were in their 20s looking like Wolverine in their 50s saying "yeah i just do TRT to get my levels that i was when i was 20" except i saw you when you were 20 bro, and you did not look like how you look now. maybe they meant to get their levels of testosterone to match that of a 20 yr old bull elephant lmao
I literally at no point said anything about everyone.

And I literally already said I'm kinda alright with supplementing natural levels but not going TRTVitor. See post 15.

That is a literal admission that I'm already aware those exist, ya knob.

I don't get it. Balanced doesn't mean good
A balanced diet consisting of whole foods will cover almost all of your micronutrients and your macronutrients. Unless you're intentionally trying to fuck it up, you're going to be on the right path.

If you're an active pro athlete and trying to get maximum performance, meat might be the right move

But in terms of general health
  1. vegetables
  2. vegetarian proteins
  3. meat
  4. carbs (last place, as little as possible)
If you're gonna eat meat, chicken is the healthy choice, pork is less healthy and beef is even worse

I'm not vegetarian but I know meat is unhealthy so I try to avoid meat most of the time

I’d believe that, for sure. I read that gladiators weren’t actually ripped, but had some pudge around the waist and liked to carb out to protect themselves from swords to the gut.

Train hard. Eat whatever you want
One caveat for this. Most people will reach an age where training super hard to burn off all the calories you ingest becomes somewhat difficult. Your joints and cartilage are the primary culprits. When you're young or young-ish and healthy, I agree with what you said.

At my age, some calorie reduction has been necessary to compensate for my metabolic slow down and wanting to avoid injury from overtraining (relative to my age, overtraining is now far easier). Just a part of the aging process.

Huge if true... :D

Yeah, I mean, look how the carnivore diet shrunk his right arm. Weird

He's had an accident while doing a stunt scene for a movie more than 10 years ago. He crushed the nerves in his neck related to his right arm. Only recently was he able to train it again.

Why do people in their 40's and 50's still not know exactly what they're supposed to be consuming and what they're not? This shit is not rare earth minerals waiting to be discovered, it's very common knowledge and chatgpt can sort your ass out in 30 seconds if you're somehow still too retarded to know. Fucking clown country.

Been on carnivore for a decade and feel amazing. I feel bad watching all my mates eat carbs then fight off sleep for the rest of the day.

You didn't have a banana or an orange for 10 years ?

yeah, I didn't actually think the carnivore diet shrunk his arm.

You don't understand what's happening here do you? Discernment is key.

i wish 1 day all jacked people in the world would stop bullshitting everyone and just say "it's not my diet, it's not the special brand of creatine i take, it's actually ALL THE STEROIDS"
i don't know what you mean. i've seen plenty of guys do steroids and become huge behemoths while eating whatever they wanted. if you're blasting d-bol and chowing down on McDonalds, you'll still get freakishly big. your arteries and heart will probably blow up when you're 25 but you'll still LOOK massive.

jacked means jacked, i guarantee 90% of these fitness influencers are on SOMETHING. i'm just saying, stop the charade drop the facade, stop treating us like kids in the 80s with Hulk Hogan telling us eat your vitamins and drink your milk. just tell us you're roiding, i don't really care, i don't think it's cheating if you're just some fitness influencer, but stop acting like you have a natural body and that it was all JUST hard work and dedication.

that's why i give credit to guys like Larry Wheels, Jo Lindner, Rich Piana and any of these other people who have huge followings but TELL THE TRUTH. it's not illegal to roid in bodybuilding, or in WSM, or in powerlifting or in armwrestling. just admit it.

Because then they can't pretend they're special because it would be the steroids that are making them special. And the reason why they need to look like cartoon characters is usually because they had low self esteem in the first place.

I remember watching a video and there was this fat guy who said "I stopped brushing my teeth for the last year and it was all a lie"... what the actual fuck
Omg thats disgusting. My mouth feels disgusting if I even fall asleep by accident without brushing them for bed

The modern standards of fitness are so extreme compared to the past. The shirtless dude jogging in the park would of been mr universe back in the day.

I'm frequently amazed by the naivety of people to steroid use in athletes, actors, and giant freak shows

People still think The Rock is natty lmao
