Media Bas Rutten, Latest Victim of The Carnivore Diet.

it is very easy to eat a balanced diet, but a lot of people choose not to do so. aside from legitimate reasons such as food allergies, a lot of people just eat garbage constantly and then wonder why they feel bad.
Not only is it easy, it's generally cheaper too than eating ready made processed junk food, takeaways etc.

I did it for a month and it worked great, I lost 20lbs real fast, not being able to eat a simple potato absolutely sucked but the worst part for me was the shits! They don't tell you about the grease shits you will be getting for the high amount of fat in the diet.
Oh I heard about the shits.... they say that if you think it is a fart, run to the bathroom because chances are it is not just a fart. Supposedly it goes away after a couple of weeks.

I can do Keto for 3/4 weeks to lose a couple of pounds a few times at year... but full carnivore sounds like a torture.

also 2025: you eat different than me? you like something i dislike?
you are an idiot and i want to publicy humiliate you in front of the bigger crowd i can gather on the web.
No it’s just funny that he is gonna be ripping mean ones.

It's really not that easy for many people obviously, this is like saying "I don't get it, just stop taking fentanyl or any other dangerous, addictive drug for that matter" as a solution to the drug issues in America.
well yeah but I feel that only eating one form of food is a bit of an overcorrection in response to cheap high fat highly processed foods.

nowadays it absolutely is. i dont eat fast food but i have seen social media posts where people say their McDonald's order is costing them 15-20$. for what? mediocre crap "food" reheated and slopped together? fast food used to be cheap at least, but now that it isnt whats the point in eating it? even convenience isnt a good reason as you can grab a ready made meal from the grocery store and heat that up in a few minutes.

where i live, youd have to wait for a loooooong time to get an Uber Eats or DoorDash order because there arent any drivers nearby since my town is out of the way. i always go out and pick up food myself if i order it. but my wife and i tend to eat at home 80-85% of the time.

fighters are such unserious people. you wouldn't trust them or their advice on literally anything except for fighting. it's like their brains don't have room for anything else
Fighters seem to be uniquely vulnerable to quackery.

I remember that at least for a time the AKA gym had an entire “vibration therapy” office in the building.

I guess it’s because they’re hyper competitive and are looking for whatever edge they can find.

the semi-constant hits to the noggin probably dont help either

shit thread i know but i just found it funny how many pro athletes are susceptible to fad diets when trying to get an edge, however it also is popular with retired athletes the most notable one I can think of is Mark Coleman who shouts out the Liver King constantly.

but if you really think about it…Bas really kinda is the original Liver King.

This is not a new concept. People have been doing this well before Liver King or even Shawn Baker.

i wish 1 day all jacked people in the world would stop bullshitting everyone and just say "it's not my diet, it's not the special brand of creatine i take, it's actually ALL THE STEROIDS"
Heck, I'm middle aged and the last time I went in for an annual physical, they took my blood work for typical stuff like cholesterol. But, testosterone level is now a normal part of the physical once you hit my age.

I'm right smack dab in the middle range. But, was still asked if I want to talk about taking testosterone.

So, it's only a matter of time until everyone will have the same routine as former athletes

That's another reason I respect Dustin Poirier. He said upon retirement he's going to go and get all juicy. No excuses. Props to him for the honesty.

“I can promise you that. Listen, I’m getting on steroids. Once USADA stops knocking on my door, and I lay the gloves down, I’m getting jacked and tan."

I'd be surprised if he's not on any enhancing chemicals in the past few years just to stay competitive. Not trying to talk shit but I think most fighters are on something.

Oho ji… carnivore, paleo, Atkins all bastard children of ketogenic, bas ji 👎🏾 Just rebranding by some marketing bapu with Instagram filter and paap supplement 💉 People fall for tricks so easily haanji 🤦🏽‍♂️

Better to drink milk only and follow proper vegetarian diet for natural strength 💪🏾🥛 If need recovery boost, just one glass doodh post-workout. Waheguru make nutrition simple-simple ji just follow the path

Fighters have big egos, they need to have it.
They actually don't like being that light and would prefer being more muscular.
But can't due to the advantage fighting at a lower weight class and their height.

Dustin is my fav fighter, but he was around a decade at the top and trains at ATT.
That plus his insane cardio in some fights.
Of course the world elite is on gear and they can't just stop it after retiring, because their body doesn't produce much anymore.
A few years or even lifelong TRT follows.
