Media Bas Rutten, Latest Victim of The Carnivore Diet.

i wish 1 day all jacked people in the world would stop bullshitting everyone and just say "it's not my diet, it's not the special brand of creatine i take, it's actually ALL THE STEROIDS"
Jack lalanne did come out and say it was genetics and not everyone could achieve the same results

The truth. Them: "Bro, but I have to go the gym and do the work", well no shit. So get off the gear and do that exact same work then. I'm not talking about guys doing TRT, I'm talking about all the dbol, tren, winstrol, and anovar wizards out there.

i don't know what you mean. i've seen plenty of guys do steroids and become huge behemoths while eating whatever they wanted. if you're blasting d-bol and chowing down on McDonalds, you'll still get freakishly big. your arteries and heart will probably blow up when you're 25 but you'll still LOOK massive.

jacked means jacked, i guarantee 90% of these fitness influencers are on SOMETHING. i'm just saying, stop the charade drop the facade, stop treating us like kids in the 80s with Hulk Hogan telling us eat your vitamins and drink your milk. just tell us you're roiding, i don't really care, i don't think it's cheating if you're just some fitness influencer, but stop acting like you have a natural body and that it was all JUST hard work and dedication.

that's why i give credit to guys like Larry Wheels, Jo Lindner, Rich Piana and any of these other people who have huge followings but TELL THE TRUTH. it's not illegal to roid in bodybuilding, or in WSM, or in powerlifting or in armwrestling. just admit it.
Aren't steroids technically illegal? I admit I don't know much about em

While it is an open secret in those sports, steroid use is still a misdemeanor or felony in the US.

I won't do that but if these guys are happy doing it and feel good while at it I can't argue with that.

Fuck my life if I can't eat a potato.

Potato’s are GOATED

I don't get it. Just eat a fucking balanced diet with plenty of whole foods and drink plenty of water.

It's really not that easy for many people obviously, this is like saying "I don't get it, just stop taking fentanyl or any other dangerous, addictive drug for that matter" as a solution to the drug issues in America.

This isn't entirely true though. You literally cannot do it without the diet, you can't build muscle without food, protein mainly, but it is possible without the gear. It requires a lot of damn work and dedication though.

Diet is the most important thing in building muscle, the second most important factor is rest, training is just the third*.

*you could switch training (which'd slip to the 4th place) with steroid

I did it for a month and it worked great, I lost 20lbs real fast, not being able to eat a simple potato absolutely sucked but the worst part for me was the shits! They don't tell you about the grease shits you will be getting for the high amount of fat in the diet.

it is very easy to eat a balanced diet, but a lot of people choose not to do so. aside from legitimate reasons such as food allergies, a lot of people just eat garbage constantly and then wonder why they feel bad.
