shit thread i know but i just found it funny how many pro athletes are susceptible to fad diets when trying to get an edge, however it also is popular with retired athletes the most notable one I can think of is Mark Coleman who shouts out the Liver King constantly.

but if you really think about it…Bas really kinda is the original Liver King.

Do needle injections count as part of a 'diet'?
Looks natural to me.

That's another reason I respect Dustin Poirier. He said upon retirement he's going to go and get all juicy. No excuses. Props to him for the honesty.

“I can promise you that. Listen, I’m getting on steroids. Once USADA stops knocking on my door, and I lay the gloves down, I’m getting jacked and tan."

Kinda like Rumble becoming a bodybuilder when he was out of the testing pool.

2025: the western world is proud to distance itself from the past, when people used to be judgmental.

also 2025: you eat different than me? you like something i dislike?
you are an idiot and i want to publicy humiliate you in front of the bigger crowd i can gather on the web.

i wish 1 day all jacked people in the world would stop bullshitting everyone and just say "it's not my diet, it's not the special brand of creatine i take, it's actually ALL THE STEROIDS"
This isn't entirely true though. You literally cannot do it without the diet, you can't build muscle without food, protein mainly, but it is possible without the gear. It requires a lot of damn work and dedication though.

Full transparency, lifelong lifter here, never touched a thing until I hit 40 and started supplementing test. That said, I keep myself at about 750, less than I naturally carried in my 20s and 30s, but more than I was producing after 40.

There's also a massive difference in supplementing to maintain normal levels, and going for 1750 test counts that are far beyond natural.

I honestly wouldn't mind seeing athletes allowed to maintain normal levels as they age, but i get that it gets muddy because some are sub- normal due to past abuse and not just age, but guys like Vitor took it too far.

"Jacked" also means different things to different people.

The creatine thing drives me insane. It's fucking creatine monohydrate. How many ways can you make creatine monohydrate?

i don't know what you mean. i've seen plenty of guys do steroids and become huge behemoths while eating whatever they wanted. if you're blasting d-bol and chowing down on McDonalds, you'll still get freakishly big. your arteries and heart will probably blow up when you're 25 but you'll still LOOK massive.

jacked means jacked, i guarantee 90% of these fitness influencers are on SOMETHING. i'm just saying, stop the charade drop the facade, stop treating us like kids in the 80s with Hulk Hogan telling us eat your vitamins and drink your milk. just tell us you're roiding, i don't really care, i don't think it's cheating if you're just some fitness influencer, but stop acting like you have a natural body and that it was all JUST hard work and dedication.

that's why i give credit to guys like Larry Wheels, Jo Lindner, Rich Piana and any of these other people who have huge followings but TELL THE TRUTH. it's not illegal to roid in bodybuilding, or in WSM, or in powerlifting or in armwrestling. just admit it.
