I didn't save after it just in case this triggered the whole damn town to attack me.

Maybe I'll be more subtle next time.

Oh , it just didn’t aggro the enemies in the dungeon but the whole tower??

You can use a persuasion check on the sleeping guard tell her you’re there to visit the old man in the cell opposite of diplomat. That would grant you access to the dungeon without alerting everyone . Then it’s just making sure the one sentry walking is at the opposite end of the jail and then break her out and cast invisibility on her.

From what I understand, Wizards of the Coast have some sort of official canon for the Baldurs Gate saga, as far as who the Bhaalspawn was and what happened.

It was literally everyone on the jail side of the tower. Never made it to the coronation side to see if they were pissed off too lol.



Found a passage into the jail and had to break a wall down to get in. Not sure how they are going to like that.


I somehow got behind the counting house on the docks and had to take out one of those Steel dicks. Also lost poor Volo due to a mob setting him on fire (had absolutely NOTHING to do with lightning attacks from a thrown trident).


And grease is NOT an element, so there sure a hell shouldn't be grease elementals.

Volo has to be one of my favorite NPC’s , that quest was funny as all hell all I could think of was Scanlan the bard from Vox Machina. Having to save him from everyone lol.

The trident is deadly i love the chain lightning when thrown lol . Still one of my fav weapons I discovered. Wait till you get into the counting house, so much good loot
 
If people are itching for.another turn based game. Early access.to beast which quite a dark and from game came out
 
Had zero issues Act 1 and 2, have crashed 4 times in Act 3. Slightly annoying because I don't do a ton of saving. I'm completely sidetracked by sidetracked quests still lol.

Those Possessed Skulls can eat a bag of dicks (IYKYK).
 


Correct me if I'm wrong but 'Active Playtesting' is the final phase of development and it could be released digitally within weeks.

If they're really planning on it being released 'Within 2023' there's only 2 months left, and they still want those Christmas sales.

I’ve restarted a few times to try out different race/class combos. Settled on a Durge Tiefling Swords Bard. Party is lvl 5, Shadowbae(we just had our first kiss), Wyll, and a Throwzerker Karlach with Tavern Brawler, Ring of Fling, the throw gloves(Kushigo?), and returning pike. She is a BEAST. Three throws per turn at lvl 5.

Really loving this game. In Act 1 I need to venture to the Grymforge, fight the Hag, and go to the Monastery. Might finish that all up today/tomorrow and finally start act 2.
Most fun I’ve had in a single player game since I first discovered Oblivion.
 
That Cazador fight was a bitch. Only person to survive the whole time was Karlach, because she's a fucking tank.
Wyll and I both went down about the same time, and every time I would revive Wyll, Candor would nail him with lighting.

I was getting pissed lol.

Finally got him functional again and was able to end it. Damn fight took at least an hour.
 
Finally in Act 2 on my Durge Swords Bard. Creepy atmosphere, I’m digging it. Got to Last Light before saving, and am really excited to start exploring this unknown area.

I did start a new playthrough as a Warlock. Going to be evil so that I can bang Minthara. Sorry, Grove.
 
Went to the House of Grief. Got into a fight because I wouldn't hand Shadowheart over. Got absolutely raped. House name is very accurate.
