Yeah my first playthrough the persons Lorrokan is looking for said she would meet me at her camp… and I never saw her again. Not sure if that was a bug or what
That might have been because I let Isobel get abducted. I didn't realize you could even stop her from getting abducted as the badguys swooped in and one turn rolled me so I was like alright I guess thats just a scripted event... Turns out its not and on my second playthrough I saved her. Either way, there was a clear disconnect since the Nighstong said she was going to join me and then was just MIA after that. I wonder if that is fixed in patch 2 or 3.

I gotta admit for that fight I saved scummed till I finally killed
Marcus, I had to trap him in and make sure no other enemies came in.I saved Isobel. But I never went to MR Towers till I went to Ketheric Thorm, so I think I missed a whole quest line without going there first.
After I killed Ketheric I had NS and Isobel in my camp . They just kept telling me how hard they’re gonna bang each other lol.
Once I got into act 3 half of what I learnt in act 1 I’d forgotten how many characters and events that were mentioned . Like the artist you could buy off the mercs in act 1 I still haven’t found him in act 3

Yea I did the same thing. It felt unfair though because I wasn't rested and I didn't realize I would need to be ready for a fight.

The first time I attempted I was at half health for all my characters and out of spells . I think that battle lasted only two turns before I died. I think I did it on my third attempt with the fore knowledge of what to do to keep others out . Great storyline and well worth those scum saves lol

Yea I didn't have a way to keep everyone out unfortunately but I did have a AOE spells. So I placed shadowheart near the door way as well as cloak of daggers and anyone who came in was damn near losing half to 2/3 of their life right away.

I didn’t have too many AOE and I wasn’t using Gale my last run. I just spent a good 20min moving and picking up barrels , crates, boxes. you weren’t getting except for the balcony . I used SH with Guardian spirits lol

Heh I tried save scumming that too. Funny enough I fucked up the second attempt at it but didn’t matter because everyone decided they were only rolling crits.


Seriously if this was pre internet days I think like 80% or more of people would never have realized that act 2 and 3 could be very different. I like what they did but I think they made it a little too hard to win; only because like I said I got fave rolled so hard the first time I thought it was meant to be inevitable

I actually thought it was very winnable my first time around. My team wasn’t rested though so I lost.

I will admit I wasn't sure if it was scripted or not because it seemed like such a big deal to lose her. I underestimated how many different ways they are willing to take the story line.

I love adventures like this for the reason multiple actions have consequences farther down the line and you won’t realize it till you play again.
It’s like playing FF6 and FF7, just massive games where you can miss so much and different solutions to problems. Me and my cousin had very different play throughs and weekends were spent talking on the phone or having sleep overs and trying to beat or find things one of us would or wouldn’t know lol
 
Took out the Forge Guardian 1st try, and the Lava Elemental right after. Gotta find more Mythril...



What in the hell am I supposed to put in the forge at the blighted village other than the wood?

A regular sword, dagger or great sword I believe
