1 not everyone is a good candidate for transplanrs, diiffuse thinners, which Costa is tend not to respond that well. 2. If you aren't willing to stay on finasteride and possibly minoxidil for life you will just continue to bald (possibly for rich people there's other newer drug options). 3. Not everyone responds the same or well to Transplants, there's reasons why guys like Jamie Fox and Gordon Ramsay have had several. 4. You will never truly regain the density of hair you once had, Transplants are limited and also can take 8-12 months to yield results.

You pretty much need to get the transplant retouched every few years to keep the hairline, on top of taking care of it with the typical hair loss meds. It's not a one time deal and there are a ton of scammers/shitty docs.
