Hair transplants don't work too well with fighting.
Fighting = Secret juice = a lot of testosterone
The more testosterone, the more dihydrotestosterone DHT
-> Hair loss again, because hair follicles react to DHT by "falling out" actually thinning till too weak.

That's why doctors prescribe medication or supplements for blocking the conversion of testo to DHT after a transplant.
You'll get some bad side effects over the years or decades though from those.
They often start really little, so you won't notice them, or think it is aging. Till it is often too late.

Those micropigmentation procedures end up looking fake as fuck. Either hair line is too sharp, the color doesnt blend with the existing hair, or the scalp looks so shiney and greasy with no actual stubble to stop the chrome dome effect.

also, as a friend told me recently you are then locked in to shaving it forever
