I was at a bar on Waikiki back in my navy days, the bar....The Red Noodle. So it was me and a few buddies drinking pitcher after pitcher of beer. The house band starts playing that song, I had never heard it before. Talk about the perfect song for the occasion.

A few weeks later I hear the song on the radio, my first thought.......I'll be damn they recorded it, hahahahaha~
