Discovered this song on the "Jackie Brown" soundtrack. Tarentino for the win, once again, as the soundtrack GOAT. Don't get me wrong - Scorcese is just a hair behind, but only because he tends to be a little more predictable (leaning heavily on doo-wop and reusing "Gimme Shelter" in 3 different films) whereas Tarentino finds a way to surprise me by pulling gems from a variety of eras and genres and seamlessly using even the most odd/unpredictable songs to curate a scene.

You know what I really enjoy, old primitive prewar blues, a lot of those old cats with just a couple records or a few, then poof back in the shadows. Some of that old stuff is amazing.talking pre 1940.
