Heard it in the trailer for the movie "Martha Marcy May Marlene" and it was so haunting. It's a great movie, not in a boy-meets-girl-and-then-Transformers Hollywood way, but in the way that deals with trauma in a meaningful way.


I feel that Jackson C Frank's songs are beautiful and haunting, especially in the light of his tragic life story. @HUGHPHUG Thank You for inspiring me - I had no immediate choice for this Baker's Dozen and you reminded me of this great artist

That whole album is awesome, beautifully painful to listen to at times. It's up there with the best of Leonard Cohen, Richie Havens, Terry Callier and so on, just one man, a guitar and his emotions bursting out. Delightful

Saw this band on the second stage at a festival headlined by the Allman Brothers. I went home and ordered the cd and found out that Warren Haynes, who was playing with the Allman Brothers at the time played guitar on the cd.
