Agreed on Prague, i love it there.
I use both - tinned milk for sauces/soups, shreddings from the block if i just want to add flavour, or a crisp fry.
Thanks for soup ideas - can't wait to get on it! Also thanks again for the great Christmas avatar, was a little sad to change it yesterday. He looks so naked without the epic beard and santa hat and festive gifts, but it was great while it lasted
