Yeah Ive seen Kiss meets Phantom in the day, on tv. Was cool as a kid, but man...

Peters voice was dubbed over by someone else. Ace had some scenes with a black dude in his make and not him, he rarley even spoke. Paul spoke with a heavy Queens accent. And Gene roared alot and had deep voice when speaking. The dialoge was horrible all around...The FX were pretty horrible as well...But it did have a good soundtrack...Movie was so bad it was kinda good in that cheesy way. Even had fake kiss robots in it...
