7. Lamb Of God (2012-Czech Republic) A fan receives massive head injuries during show and subsequently dies leading to the singer Randy Blythe being charged with the fans death leading to his incarceration & eventually his acquittal.

11. Frank Zappa concert in Switzerland casino...80 minutes into concert some stupid fired a flare gun at the ceiling, causing the place to burn to the ground. Everyone jumped out glass windows, since it was on 2nd floor, no deaths..Deep Purple were in area recording an album, and then wrote a song about the incident...Smoke on the Water...
