Protein shake (plain almond milk, 2 eggs, kaizen protein powder, cinnamon).
Ate a ton of food this week in sask, lots of good veggies. Didn't count macros just relaxed. Got to workout a lot thankfully, was fun rack pulling 405 for a few reps again.
Pasta carbonara with italian seasoned chicken.
40g carb, 12g fat (there's a reason its low in fat)
50g pro.

3 eggs. 3 bacon.
Stuffed pepper with chicken and smoked cheddar plus salsa and buttered mushrooms.
Mushroom Alfredo stuffed pepper with bacon and smoked cheddar. post workout.
3.2 km run with lots of up and down hills, in the rain, 20 minutes ish, i didn't time it specifically, just casually glanced.
Sausage with peppers and mushroom fried in olive oil on low heat, added alfredo sauce.
1 piece of left over bacon from my gf's dinner.
Coffee with coconut oil.
