Might as well keep a low carb diet log here.

Pita wrap = 20g carb 3g pro, 1g fat
Curry chicken = 40g pro, 8g fat
Old cheddar cheese = 8g pro, 8g fat

Protein shake
25g pro, 1g carb, 1g fat
1 egg = 5g pro, 6g fat

Later for dinner
Portabello mushroom (fuck if i know the macro's)
roasted red pepper = 11g carb
old cheddar cheese = 8g pro, 8g fat

Pork chop
35g pro, 25g fat

(Tablespoon PB) 4g carb, 3g pro, 8g fat = 90 calories
Butter coffee (1 TBSP butter 11g fat) = 99 calories

Con queso = 5g carb, 4g fat, 1g pro = 60 calories
