Pics like this are tough. Completely different makeup, hair, angle, and expression. Focusing just on on structural things (shape of eyes/nose/lips/chin/brows) I'm not seeing much difference between the two.

My conclusion is that eye makeup and hairdo just makes a huge difference in how here face looks.

Here she just looks like she is aging, which is understandable. Something still looks a little bit off though. It's hard to grasp. Perhaps it is just aging. Idk. Still, those images from The Slap premiere freak me the fuck out, and crush my childhood just a bit.

Edit: and some of these are even post-op photos. No one looks good after surgery you goofs it takes weeks to properly heal no one comes out looking even 50% let alone 100% of what its gonna be like in 6 months.

I was going to mention this, especially with the Courtney picture. She looks swollen from surgery.
