Korean plastic surgeons, on the other hand, perform masterpieces time and again. They turn Boise-2's into NY-9's like they were born to do it.

Pics like this are tough. Completely different makeup, hair, angle, and expression. Focusing just on on structural things (shape of eyes/nose/lips/chin/brows) I'm not seeing much difference between the two.

My conclusion is that eye makeup and hairdo just makes a huge difference in how here face looks.
