Some of you are literally comparing people in their early 20s to them in their 50s and 60s.

They'd look like dried up leather with or without the surgery.

Also 90% of these photos are photo shoot actors vs them walking out to get the newspaper in the morning.

Edit: and some of these are even post-op photos. No one looks good after surgery you goofs it takes weeks to properly heal no one comes out looking even 50% let alone 100% of what its gonna be like in 6 months.
