I went to Arcata once in the early 90's when we were camping up in the Redwoods, I really liked the vibe there, reminded me of a clean Santa Cruz

Redwoods meet the ocean. It's all right there.
Arcata is a small town that you can use to sleep in a hotel as a satiailite and experience some of the most amazing natural wonders if you are down to figure it out..
The drive alone coming up the 101 is intimading and rightfully so.
People don't realize in the basic world we live in that there is a spot in California. Hard to get to and easy to enjoy.
I feel sorry for anyone who hasn't hugged an ancient redwood tree.
It's not hippie dippie bullshit. It's an opportunity to touch something that has been there before you and hopefully will be there after

Believe me other Spanish speakers cannot understand Puerto Ricans or Dominicans when they speak. Album of the year (for political not artistic reasons) but he’s still trash tbh. Maybe the gen z kids like him, but I don’t get it.

I grew up in Mexico and I understand them perfectly in conversation.

I just pulled up some of his songs and his intelligibility varies from song to song and from verse to verse, some of these lines I can see not even native Puerto Ricans understanding them, damn marbles in dude’s mouth.
His singing doesn’t reflect the everyday speaking of Puerto Ricans though that’s for sure.

I have heard some Mexicans in the past (especially non-native speakers) express aversion to their Spanish but I personally don’t mind it, I talk to them every day at my new job and we relate well.

But I strongly dislike this new singing style of moaning and mumbling. Can’t stand it.

A group of pure 7s trying to look as hot as possible, dancing bushes …none of it made sense invluding whatever he said.

I have nothing against Bad Bunny. My friend went to multiple of his concerns. With that said I tried watching it and it just wasn't my cup of tea and that's ok. Apparently it was the most successful halftime performance with 135 million people tuning in. It had a lot of meaning, some couple really got married, etc but it just wasn't for me. Thankfully I don't work in the Trump administration and this wasn't a mandatory screening of Melania's documentary.


Kid Rock badly lip syncing and the rest was just sad.
