I’m a eureka , Arcata guy myself.

Didn’t have a house in Napa but did run the trinity river white water for a good decade

Late 90s early 2000s. Best spot I have ever lived in bar none. Arcata is such a interesting place.
If I can get my ducks in a row I want to retire in Trinidad.

Just to get back to clam beach and its half mile walk to the ocean..

We family more then we want to realize..

Luffenzholtz and Moonstone are the best beaches.
Clam beach was for party's IIRC.

Neither QB had all that much time to throw. They did take some chances tho -Christian Gonzalez had some terrific pass break ups in the 1st half that would otherwise have been big plays.


Maye had some chances too but wildly missed on a few and was getting heat all night.


There were a few drives that 3rd and long turned into not wanting to turn the ball over in such a close defensive game so the run was settled for.. and it was the right decision.


It was a great defensive game.

I went to Arcata once in the early 90's when we were camping up in the Redwoods, I really liked the vibe there, reminded me of a clean Santa Cruz
 
Last -and maybe only- halftime show I think I watched was Prince. And that shit was fire. It even started raining when he played ‘Purple Rain’


Outside of that I don’t give a shit about the halftime show. But to each their own
