I haven't seen Damnation Alley, but that thing looked familiar as hell. I had a quick look and found it is called the Jeffries Landmaster and it has been in a few movies. I personally recognized it from a very memorable 90's sci-fi movie called A.P.E.X

As for other GI Joe tech - I'm giving a shoutout to that awesome truck from Universal Soldier
