    Yes. Six minutes is acceptable. Even though I dislike running, I have done quite a bit of it, including a half-marathon once upon a time.


    Assistance and Conditioning:

    Drop Snatch:
    135x1x5
    140x1x5
    145x1x5
    155x1x5
    Power Snatch + Overhead Squat:
    135x2x10
    Power Clean + Front Squat:
    135x3x10

    Cardio: 30 minutes.

    Drop/pull-under still too fucking slow on snatch, even when fresh. Rack getting a little better in the clean, left shoulder flexibility is and will be the biggest issue for some time.
