Award for getting a westside certification

Guys I just got the Athletic and personal trainer certification from westside so can you guys mail me a cookie from Russian and Australia?

Exam Format = An online open-book exam that can be done within your own home. The exam consists of up to 45 questions that need to be answered with at least 80% correct answers for you to pass the exam.

Congats on spending $250 USD and being able to answer 36 questions correctly or 80%.

Let me guess you actually got 110% because you answered the questions so well they invited you to teach the course?
Unfortunately you aren't able to because you're too busy preparing for a powerlifting meet. That same meet you needed a year to train for just to lift your supposed total from 1-6 years ago, depending on the thread.

There we go!

how is choosing west side certification different than the myriad of other bodies?
I am interested in getting a cert too. did you have to do first aid and all that training?

was there any good info in he course ? I have heard other ones like ACE are pretty shitty but they get your foot in the door

It isn't different. NASM or NSCA is best for jobs. I have two from NASM, an ISSA one then I just got this one today because I wanted to just to get a rise out of Maximus.

They are all equally crappy to be honest. ISSA is probably the best of the bunch since it was developed by Fred Hatfield but many places dont accept it. Yea you do have to have first aid. After your initial certification they expect you to keep up with 2 Coninuing Educations credits evert 2 years.

I linked it above. It's just an exam based on Westsides materiel from the look of it. You can get a package including all their products though.

Damn showed me.

Could you spot $50 to @Baby Hanma. He needs some editing software.
You could use it and then you boys might be finally able to manage to film these lifts without a myriad of excuses and 12 month training blocks each time...
Since I have video of more recent lifts sure. Furthermore Im not sure what you want. The programing I do now doesn't call for 1rms since as you know im in the middle of a season until end of October. The Lifting meet im planning isn't until December. Im sure between now I'll post some 1@8 lifts during the program on here if you'd really like it. Im debating on whether I should do a JTS strength program, Sheiko or barbell medicine powerlifting program at seasons end.

Im giving you a thumbs up from Turks and Caicos.

You'll appreciate it with a "Like".

Good job Eric. Look forward to seeing those videos.

You claimed you could walk out and lift specific numbers at any time then proceeded to lift less after repairing your camera 24 hours later...

I live in a country that doesn't really have baseball. I have no idea when the season is. Why would I know when you play sport?

Just put up an actual video of that initial total with the lifts you claimed, it has been 6 odd years now.
Could you edit @Baby Hanma's video for him whilst you are at it.

It took him 2 months last time to post up an unedited video with the wrong number...

I happen to be off work again. You time these threads so well.

Why Australia? lol. Did you mean Russia and Bulgaria?
Max is from Australia. Why Bulgaria ?

I can send you a Bosnian baklava from Germany Eric. Why did you get the certificate, are you looking for fintess clients ?

I got it for CEUs. I’ve always maintained my certifications rather than let theme expire.

Even the alcoholism-induced trolling isn't good anymore.

A single sentence of low effort, incoherent drivel.
It's got to be that doesn't it?

That's why we get this defensive retreat the following day.
We get a big proclamation or callout. Then we get some huge claims or goes in hard on that claim for a few hours.

Then we see a gradually rolling back of whatever was said until ultimately the thread slowly gets abandoned, with no actual outcome.
