so Red Skull was the old Templar Knight from Last Crusade essentially right?

shoulda dropped a 'choose wisely' IMO

Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be seeing Der Rote Schadel again. At a rough estimate, he's something like 120 years old. That's if he's a physical being anymore and not a spirit of some kind. It's also possible he died and/or was absorbed by the Soul Stone when Thanos took it, as technically the Skull had discharged his duty at that point.

Considering the whole world was in stake like every Avengers movie....The battles weren't that big.....I never got the sense of scale, of a huge fucking war.......It was like small battles, even in the "big battle" shown in the trailers, it was small as fuck.

They battles didn't have a huge scale.

You could literally count the Army size, it was no way more than 500.

that was the first wave lol

I haven't seen a lot of her acting, does she have the passion? Captain Marvel is a powerful character no? It's too bad Kate Blanchet already did Hela
Brie Larson is a super capable actor, but you can see in KONG SKULL ISLAND and FREE FIRE that if she's not given something to do she's quite forgettable.

me neither, I just meant I think she's kinda hot

So how is there going to be any Marvel movies after this until the next Avengers movie? Will all of them take place prior to the events of Infinity War?

I’ve already said AoS and any Netflix shows between now and the next movie need to address this.

Is Banner Back ? I like Amadeus Cho but he has no business being the Hulk.

Not sure if he’s back. Was just assuming his contract was up as well.

its funny how people said Ruffalo spoiled the movie by saying everyone dies.... but if you watch here(time-stamped) he actually almost does spoil the end

Well the decision of him not coming out ca be questioned i guess but i think it's pretty clear that it's because of the beatdown he got at the hands of Thanos at the beginning of the movie

I think they want to build is comeback for Avengers 4 so that when Banner eventually transform into the Hulk again people will be like "Yes finally !!". It's a classical ploy to hype and make people anticipate a character return.

Could be Marvel using this as a chance to "change" the hulk. The hulk has many iterations and they may take this opportunity to change him into one of those other hulks and making him more powerful.

She's got some nice titties

Mark ruffalo is serviceable, but his acting, as a known actor, does not "lift" any of the scenes he is in. He was great in foxcatcher.

He seems lucky to be in there at this point.

people like his version of Banner/Hulk more than ever, his job is safe as long as he wants it

Probably true.. But he isn't lifting any scenes with his presence.

His style is just better with a more serious tone.

With agents of shield, this may be the last season.
So we are left with timeline questions, in this most recent episode it mentions new York so the first fight on Earth. There are three more episodes. So if these episodes take place in 1-2 days it is conceivable that it is before the fingure snap and they do not need to address it.
If this is not the last season, how do they handle it if season 6 is a go but the movieverse has it handled in a matter of weeks/days as the show will be on before the movie.
The Netflix shows can all be before infinity war and not touch it at all.

Also they can play with timelines for sequels like Spiderman and GotG, Black panther 2 harder to do.
Spiderman 2 ends with him getting on the bus for the field trip!

Thor's relationship with his hammer is inconsistent. RAGNAROK firmly establishes his over-dependence on Mjolnir, to which Odin reminds him he is not the god of hammers. But of course INFINITY WAR goes the other way by saving Thor's life by just holding Stormbreaker.

I will say that I did appreciate the Alex Ross inspirations. RAGNAROK shorn cuts like lightning into his hair, and here the discs on his tunic are CGI'd with storms-in-motion.

I actually think they've been consistent with Thor from Ragnarok to IW (he was grossly under powered in Thor 1 & 2).
Thor was more of a match for Hela and actually beat Hulk in Ragnarok.
Off camera he lost to Thanos (w/ 2 infinity stones) AND the Black Order.

Stormbreaker, like Mjolnir, has its own powers that just make him that much more formidable.

Do you guys think Tony's vision in AoU will have any significance in Avengers 4? Looks to be everyone still alive post-Snappening. I just googled images of it and someone bumped up the brightness. Maybe redshirt SWORD soldiers laying next to them?

Cap gets his shield back and Thanos breaks it in half would be awesome too.

If this is of any significance, maybe Tony and Steve still have some beef between them and Cap takes this team and spear heads a failed attack on Thanos while Tony goes off in search of something in deep space for back up?
