One minor gripe I had with this film was the sneery superiority of the Wakandians. I loved Wakanda in Black Panther and enjoyed teh characters but they just seemed a little bit up themselves this time, especially with how little they achieved.
how little? if that attack happened in any other part of the world the area wouldve been completely destroyed

All the stones are used for that otherwise he would have just went and got the soul stone correct?
but its that ones power that is amplified by the other stones in that action(imo of course)...... each stone has a set power, but each stone also plays off all the other stones.

the reason I say it was the soul stone he used(primarily) is because I think the place he went after snapping his fingers was inside the soul stone

I don't feel Wakanda looked great in the final battle, BP himself was outshone by Cap and the Wakandan armies were just background cannon fodder (though Okoye was badass) Could just be a consequence of the sheer number of characters in the film, one of the few times I felt they slipped on that juggling act.

I like to possibility of keeping her dead for the sake of consequences, it opens up to possibility of introducing Angela to the Guardians or maybe Attaching Captain Marvel to the Crew if her Movie is us subpar.

You underestimate her importance. Her and starlords love could carry that 3rd movie pretty high, and end the series with that particular cast on a note deserving of how epic and... Awesome those movies have been.

without their shield the heroes wouldve been raped early on.... Thor wouldve arrived to all his friends dead lol

the soul stone is the one that is used to kill half the universe

Maybe but i thought that he had to have all the 6 stones to pull it off. .Because otherwise he could just have used the soul stone immediately after he got it. Wouldn,t have needed to go after the time and mind stones. Hell would't have needed to go after any of the stones other than soul

Loki could've done literally anything else and it would have been a better decision that likely results in him being alive

1) Do nothing. As we've established, Thanos only cares about the stones and generally doesn't kill other characters, even ones that attack him.

2) Try to join Thanos.

3) Flee.

4) Hide.

5) Literally anything else besides walking up to Thanos with a knife up his sleeve that even Thor can see. He's a friggin god with superpowers. Saying he had no other options is ludicrous.

1) The AUDIENCE established that. Not Loki.
And again, you guys keep ignoring this point, but Loki WORKED for Thanos back in Avengers 1. The punishment for failure is death. Does Thanos come off as a guy who makes half threats?

2) Back to point 1. Thanos doesn't surround himself with weak losers. Loki knows this.

3) and 4) lol Flee where? Hide where? The ship he is on has been decimated. Thanos and his top goons are right in front of him. Forget Thanos for a moment, do you think Ebony Maw looked like the kind of guy that just lets people slip loose? Thanos crew were able to subdue/take out 2 of Earth's strongest guys on their own (Vision and Strange) And all of them, including Thanos, the guy that orchestrated this cosmic, universe spanning plan were going to get outsmarted by Loki?

5) lol There are levels to this. Did you not see Thanos kill all the Asgardians and beat the shit out of Hulk and Thor? WTF was Loki going to do? He has no super powers standing next to Thanos

All armies are cannon fodder. BP looked fine.

yeah to pull it off on that scale, because all the stones amplify each others powers

like if he used the time stone with all the stones to amplify it he could travel through time instead of just reversing it or moving it forward(which he would be able to do with just the time stone)

I liked their attitude in BP, just seemed arrogant to me this time around. Maybe it's partly due to Black Panther's lack of screen time, gave him less time to be developed.

Or maybe I'm turning alt-right
Who seemed arrogant?
The only thing i could even think of is Shuri solving the Vision/Mind stone issue that Banner couldn't solve, and Okoye not liking the idea of outsiders in Wakanda. And i don't see how either of those would be considered arrogant, or out of character.
Lol there was way more blatant negativity towards outsiders in BP

Pretty sure BP respects Cap to the heavens. Also, if I ruled Wakanda, I'd be confident, too. lol

I think I'm perhaps chafing at the Banner being comic relief and bowing scene.
Also felt weird not to see Shuri's fate one way or the other at the end, added to my feeling that Wakanda was slightly underused.

this is the new stones in the comics(they are different colours now) but it shows how they work off of each other.

Agreed. I would have liked Loki to go out like Loki though. Maybe the same scene, but a body double and Thanos catches the real Loki behind him or something

I just realized this movie completely includes a plot where a human is in love with an android, and implies they bone a lot and not a single fuck is given lol.

War Machine made the joke! He isn't Wakandan, you racist! T'CHALLA told him "wwe don't do that here"
<codychoke>
I do agree that I felt Wakanda was a bit underused. In BP those guys with their cape shields were bad ass. I would have liked to have seen more Wakandan army tactics, not just laser spears
