Wouldn't Thanos' quest for balance have actually failed though? If he kills half of the people in the universe, presumably some would include working drivers, pilots, surgeons etc. All of these deaths would instantly cause more death, not to mention things like suicides falling out from losing loved ones.

Also, did Thanos kill half of the puppies too?
Naw. He killed ALL the puppies.

I wish that Cap had personally dispatched one of Thanos' henchmen. That would've been nice. I know that the one died in Scotland, but I would have preferred that Cap do it himself. That's just the fanboy in me though.

I mean, Thanos’s philosophy doesn’t make a ton of sense from a conservationist point of view. But he sincerely believes it and that’s all that matters.

What if I told you his puppy's name was Reichstag and he killed it?
theres far too much puppy death going on in here lol

oh if that happens he is scum again and I hope Thor shoves stormbreaker up his ass :D #teampuppy

It wouldn't fail. It's not like people would go extinct from some plane crashes and bus crashes. The whole point is that lower population = better quality of life for people. He talked about his past on Titan and why it failed due to shortage of food and so forth. He also earlier mentinoned about resources being finite. He doesn't take much joy in killing everything, just enough to reset it so life can continue in a more balanced manner.

na he didnt, they teleported away.... then they lied about him dying, but he was sneaking in to kill Vision remember?

also my girlfriend was pissed at me for not telling her they were filming in Scotland(I genuinely didnt know), she loves Chris Evans as Cap and wanted to go down to watch them film.... him and RDJ are untouchable in her eyes, she says if they die she will stop watching lol
