I have no doubts that getting in the way will happen throughout this movie but in this particular one second shot, all I see is some bad ass team work. That was the whole point of the super bowl trailer.
It's all about coming together and teamwork in this one.


Why would they end it by showing a one second screw up?

Exactly why I said; so when the movie comes around and the entire scene is about Stark and Strange not getting along, it's actually a surprise to movie goers.

Yeah the terms would be "you win if Strange and Ironman are using a team-attack kind of move with Strange enhancing Ironman's shot(or vice-versa) / I win if Ironman is actually interfering in Strange's spell at that moment to do his own attack"

Honestly I'm hoping that, regardless of what Feige has said about both movies, they are pretty connected and this movie is mostly used to establish Thanos and the Order(Children of Thanos for MContinUity's sake). They can be offed in A4, but I think a big part of making Thanos seem invincible would be having his lackeys be the biggest challenge the Avenger have faced. If they have trouble with people who bow to him, imagine what he has in store for them. It would kinda be a shame if they were introduced and offed in 1 movie, to me anyway.

What if Dr Strange Is teeing up to do a shot, Stark jumps in front and does his shot, and then Strange follows up and does it.

it is more of a one, two punch then an enhancement of one or the other which we see all the time. Think of it like Stark jumping in front to lay down cover fire while Strange follows up with something bigger.

In that scenario, is Stark interfering in what Strange is lining up, or is Strange expecting Ironman to come flying through his magic? That's your answer right there.

I'm not taking much from the trailer in the way of power-levels, it's clear they're trying to misdirect in a lot of ways(like with Cap and Thanos). I can understand wanting Widow to not seem powerless but I definitely agree she should be outclassed physically by everyone here.

Or Teamwork , The Black Order will have an Army but the Main Heroes Numbers still out number the Main Villains, I think it's plausible if written well.

Agreed. That's why I don't like the scene in the trailer which apparently shows Black Widow standing and banging with the Children of Thanos. Natasha got rape-choked by Winter Soldier. No way she's on the same level as the Black Order. I don't mind her taking out a few mooks, but not the heavy hitters.

Well he can jump in front of Strange without interfering if Strange was not ready to fire yet and therefore you would not win as you were very explicit that he had to interfere.

And he also could not be acting in taem attack with Strange and instead they could just both be acting as individuals as a one/two type effort which you were explicit he would not win.

So neither of you win in that scenario. But I guess you could argue neither lose either.

Damn I missed that part of the trailer. BW got destroyed by Winter Soldier she shouldn't be anywhere near Proxima.

Yea which is what im hoping as well. Only way to beat them is numbers, teamwork, strategy and good story telling by the writers
