It looks like behind Hulk may be Thor's ship. Perhaps this is Hulk buffing up to fight Thanos.
It's going to be quite the visual seeing Thanos Besmirch him.It looks like behind Hulk may be Thor's ship. Perhaps this is Hulk buffing up to fight Thanos.

Was gonna say this. It's going to be quite the visual seeing Thanos Besmirch him.
Yeah, for the shock factor I think they need to show Thanos doing to Hulk what Hulk did to Loki. (Not literally the same thing, but something to that level pwnage).
I hope they don't screw him up like they did Ultron. In Age of Ultron, they established that pretty much all of the powered Avengers could go toe-to-toe with Ultron's main body whenever they had to, and his drones or whatever were vulnerable to fucking handguns(!), which made Ultron about as
intimidating as the common cold. This was sad, because Ultron should have been able to body pretty much every single Avenger one-on-one.
The one thing Marvel has been really hit or miss about has been establishing villains as genuine threats. This was a problem in the first Avengers too. Sure, the bad guy was a god, but the good guys were: A stronger god, a genius in an super science war suit, a superhumanly strong soldier, and the Hulk (plus Black Widow and Hawkeye, wielding the power of small arms fire!). Any of the Avengers individually, excluding Black Window and Hawkeye and maybe Cap, would have a pretty good shot at defeating Loki. Thor, Iron Man and Hulk are perfectly capable of crushing him solo.
The Chitauri sucked too. In fact, one of the problems with the Avengers all along has been the need to keep Hawkeye and Black Widow relevant, because any enemy which they can kill with their regular weapons really isn't much of a threat. The first Avengers basically showed that the NYPD could have handled the Chitauri invasion on their own, with a little help from the National Guard to handle the Leviathans.
Yeah, they said Ultron could beat the Avengers, but they never showed it.
Look at Ultron's actual performance: He loses (badly) to Iron Man in his initially upgraded form, fights Captain America essentially to a draw, and then gets ROFL-stomped by the Avengers working together.
This is without getting into the abysmal performance of his drones, who are basically only there to give Hawkeye and Black Widow something to kill. The only one who ever actually puts the Avengers on the back foot is Scarlet Witch, when she uses her poorly-explained powers to mess with their minds. Ultron never really gets the upper hand over the Avengers using his own resources; as soonas they locate and confront him they crush him like an insect.
So Age of Ultron spends a lot of time telling you that Ultron is a serious threat, but they never actually demonstrate this on screen, and it honestly sucked a lot of the life out of the film.
In order for Thanos to actually work as a villain, they are going to have to spend the first movie with him absolutely demolishing everything the Avengers try to throw at him. Giving him the Ultron treatment would be a disaster.
Yeah, one thing I didn't like in the trailers/clips is Black Widow apparently being able to fight members of the Children of Thanos. The Black Order are Thanos' elite guard. They should be able to walk through peak-level humans like Natasha.
Yea proxima should pwn black widow if we got to see ebony maw make dr strange his bitch based off the trailer.
I have a feeling you keep old Nazi antiques in your house.
Just a feeling..
This movie looks fucking retarded. When will these Marvel movies end?
I enjoy most of the X Men films (maybe half or more of them), but I completely agree. I actually gave Avengers 2 a shot when it was on TV - what fucking tripe. I can only laugh when adults describe these films as "amazing." They're derivative, formulaic garbage made for children.
I got a feeling hell come back in phase 4 . We never saw him actually killed by Vision. Just a flash from a distance in a wide shot. Just my guess and opinion, but I dont think Vision killed him. Maybe put him to sleep or somthing for well, Vision reasons lol. He is not human and Ultron is the closest thing like him in the world. I think he has affection for him and kept it a secret that he didnt actually kill him. My controversial opinion. Plus, even if he did kill his body, Ultron always finds a way to come back in the comics by uploading himself into other bodies. Well see.Its clear MCU's formula is to build its super heros by squashing its villains through their solo movies and lesser crossover movies to lead up to a mega movie with a mega villain like Thanos to eventually start fresh, building up newer heroes and repeating the process all over again.
Ultron did deserve at least another movie. And he was killed off as a jobber but I guess you can only do so much on screen when building a cinematic universe from comics.
Was gonna say this.
We are probably gonna see Thanos slap him back to earth.
He had a video of him lifting in a Red Skull mask.
A scenario I like is Thor and Hulk Holding off the Children of Thanos/ The Black Order , then Thanos just wrecking them. The 2 clear powerhouses of the Avengers getting Titan Handled .
You know . I really believe they are holding back on the Hulk and Thor scenes because it will be the most Jarring to Casuals to see Thanos unleashed .I just nerdgasm hard.

About time he got off of his Chair. We have seen him Stand Up ( The Avengers) Make Threats and Smile ( The Guardians of the Galaxy) and Grab his Glove ( Age of Ultron)Well it makes sense.
Russos did say the first 5 minutes of IW we will see why Thanos is the baddest mofo in MCU.
I think that is an over simplification and i am betting Ruffalo is speaking more of Banner being terrified and likely because he recognizes how far Thanos can push Hulk and therefore he may never come back. Not sure if it was mentioned somewhere in the thread but according to Mark Ruffalo The Hulk is both impressed and terrified by Thanos. The Hulk being terrified of something...let that sink in for a minute.
Capt blocking his punch aside , it says quite a bit about how powerful Thanos is.going to be in the movie. The guy is gonna be a fucking face smasher.
