It's like the Purple Man but the Purple Man releases a Chemical which makes people listen to him. Might be similar but since he is from Space an Alien version that augments his manipulation skills .

I don't think he uses any chemicals. He manipulates purely with his words.

I wish Thanos' eyes were whited out, or glowing with red dots. Giving him human eyes is dumb.

I'm disappointed in the depiction of Thanos overall tbh. The eyes for one thing yeah, but mainly the voice.. they done made him sound like a regular Bro ....... lin. (See what I did there )

Seriously though, does not sound menacing at all and really just looks like a down's syndrome kid on roids.

I think Infinity War is easy to follow even if you haven't seen the 3 movies you mentioned BUT it would help a lot to appreciate the characters (and the Infinity War story) more if you have seen 3 movies first. Plus you would be robbing yourself of the joy of watching the characters interact for the first time and you have no idea who these people are, their personalities and their history.

Among the 3 movies, Thor: Ragnarok's story has the stronger connection to Infinity War.
